The Department of Homeland Security revealed that New York issued a commercial driver’s license to an illegal alien.

The license was issued under the name no name given. This shocking discovery exposes how corrupt sanctuary city policies have become.

DHS wrote about the situation in a post on X.

“Want to know how CORRUPT sanctuary New York City is? They handed out a COMMERCIAL DRIVER’S LICENSE to an illegal alien and actually issued it to ‘No Name Given.'”

“Our brave @ICEgov officers are working to PREVENT this kind of threat to public safety.”

Fox News reported that DHS has been working with the U.S. Department of Transportation. They are also working with local law enforcement officials. The goal is to ensure that illegal aliens cannot drive semi trucks on the highways.

The individual with a New York commercial driver’s license was called Anmol Anmol. His license listed his first name as NO NAME GIVEN. He was arrested by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and ICE officials.

The agency said it has been working with the Department of Transportation. It is also working with state and local law enforcement. The goal is to get illegal truck drivers off American highways.

This follows a high-profile accident involving Indian illegal alien Harjinder Singh.

Working with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, ICE arrested another Indian illegal alien named Anmol Anmol. DHS said that Anmol was carrying a New York commercial driver’s license. His first name was listed as NO NAME GIVEN on the license.

Anmol is an illegal alien from India who entered the United States in 2023. He was arrested by ICE on Sept. 23, 2025. The arrest happened during a routine inspection at a truck scale on I-40.

DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin made a statement about the situation.

“Allowing illegal aliens to obtain commercial driver’s licenses to operate 18-wheelers and transport hazardous materials on America’s roads is reckless and incredibly dangerous.”

The arrest of Anmol comes after another serious incident. Harjinder Singh, another illegal alien from India, was responsible for the deaths of three Americans. This happened after an accident in August.

Singh had been driving a semi truck. He tried to make a U-turn using an official use only turn on the highway. This resulted in the deaths of three innocent Americans.

New York’s sanctuary city policies created this dangerous situation. The state issued a commercial driver’s license to an illegal alien. They didn’t even have his real name.
